Passion fruit not in season? You can try freeze-dried passionfruit so you can get your passionfruit no matter where you live, because trust us, you will not want to miss our on this tropical smoothie shake recipe what so ever! This is a great way to get these fruits into your diet that you usualy don’t consume, and what better way then to drink this with some nice protein packed into it? We love to add whey protein powder into this smoothie recipe, but, you can feel free to substitute it to any type of protein powder as you desire.

You will need:

  • 1 large mango

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

  • 1 cup organic low-fat yogurt

  • 3 organic passionfruits

  • 1 Tablespoon raw spun honey

  • 1 Tablespoon unrefined, extra-virgin coconut oil

  • 6 cubes of ice
