Macadamia Cream Smoothie Shake Recipe

This smoothie is very healing to your nerves and muscles because of the Swiss chard. Swiss chard also helps you sleep and this makes a great choice for nighttime smoothies.

You will need:

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ cup macadamia nuts

  • 1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder

  • 2 cups packed organic Swiss chard

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seed

  • 3 Tablespoons raw honey
