Macadamia Cream Smoothie Shake Recipe

This smoothie is very healing to your nerves and muscles because of the Swiss chard. Swiss chard also helps you sleep and this makes a great choice for nighttime smoothies.
You will need:
- 1 cup water 
- ½ cup macadamia nuts 
- 1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder 
- 2 cups packed organic Swiss chard 
- 1 Tablespoon chia seed 
- 3 Tablespoons raw honey
