Macadamia Cream Smoothie Shake Recipe
This smoothie is very healing to your nerves and muscles because of the Swiss chard. Swiss chard also helps you sleep and this makes a great choice for nighttime smoothies.
You will need:
1 cup water
½ cup macadamia nuts
1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder
2 cups packed organic Swiss chard
1 Tablespoon chia seed
3 Tablespoons raw honey
