Strawberry Protein Smoothie Shake Recipe


We bring you a very creamy Protein Shake Recipe that we are in love with. It's packed with good nutrition from antioxidants to fiber and don't forget packed with protein! We also like to add in some coconut oil for increased health benefits it has to our bodies, it's just one of these power house oils that are making its rounds in 2017 as on of the best oils to take.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beet, peeled & cubed

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder

  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 3 medjool dates

  • 1 cup apple slices (optional)

  • 1 cup any milk (We used unsweetened almond milk.)

  • 1 cup ice

Instructions:

- Blend all ingredients in a highs speed blender

- Serve and enjoy!
