Ingredients
4 cups watermelon, cubed
1 inch piece ginger
1 lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp coconut butter
1/4 cup goji berries
1 cup of Ice
Mint leafs for garnish
Directions
1. In a high speed blender (we love to use our Vitamax blender!), combine all ingredients and process for 3-4 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
2. Garnish with mint leafs as desired.
