1 Tablespoon maca powder
1 teaspoon pcb tested spirulina powder
1 teaspoon acai berry powder
1 Tablespoons unrefined, extra-virgin coconut oil
1 cup organic spinach
3 Tablespoons raw spun honey
1 Tablespoon soy lecithin
6 cubes of ice
