Fall is coming, what better way then to make a pumpkin smoothie. Our pumpkin pie smoothie sure is something that goes great with this fall weather we are in. Keeping cozy and snuggling up with your loved one while enjoying a health pumpkin spice shake. Below you will find our ingredients we use to make our pumpkin spice smoothie.

You will need:

  • 1 cup fresh almond milk

  • 1 scoop of Naked Whey

  • 1 cup organic or high quality canned or fresh pumpkin

  • 4 Tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • 6 Ice cubes

  • (topping) 3 Tablespoons coconut cream
