You will need:
1 cup fresh almond milk
1 scoop of Naked Whey
1 cup organic or high quality canned or fresh pumpkin
4 Tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 pinch nutmeg
6 Ice cubes
(topping) 3 Tablespoons coconut cream
