This recipe book would not be complete without a pina colada smoothie. This is an all time favorite. And no, this is not a Hangover Smoothie.. Well, I guess you could turn it into one if you wanted too. :)

This tropical smoothie recipe is something thats great for a hot day outside or after a long run to refuel and re-energize those muscles with the nutrients and protein they need. This pina colada Smoothie recipe will not break your diet, this is one healthy smoothie to consume at any given time,

You will need:

  • 1 scoop of Designer Protein Native Whey

  • ¾ cup fresh coconut milk or Thai coconut cream

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple

  • ½ cup fresh or shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 Tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup

  • 6 cubes of ice
