Peanut Butter Protein Bars Made from Scratch


Today we decided to make some Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars. These are a nice in between protein snack thought your day. They are filled with a great amount of muscle fueling protein.

And the good thing about these is that they are made with real simple ingredients, do not take much time and are absolutely delicious tasting!

So without further keeping you waiting to bake these Peanut Butter Protein Bars, let's get right into making these and enjoying them

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

• 1 cup Organic Peanut Butter

• 1 tbsp Organic Honey

• 2 1/2 cups dry, Oatmeal

Preparation:

• Combine peanut butter, honey and milk in pot and warm over low

heat.

• Add protein powder and stir.

• Add oats.

• Press in 9-inch-by-13-inch pan, or you can also make Peanut Butter Squares.

• Let bars sit until cool.
