You will need:

  • 1 cup rice milk

  • 1 scoop Vega Sport Performance Protein Powder

  • 1 cup organic blueberries

  • 1 cup organic or wild blackberries

  • 1 cup organic fat-free yogurt

  • 1 Tablespoon organic acai berry powder

  • 1 Tablespoon soy lecithin

  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey
