Healthy Egg, Bacon, Sausage with Avocado Breakfast Sandwich - Recipe

Remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! So here we will bring you the ultimate healthy breakfast sandwich recipe to nourish and fuel your body.

You don't have to make breakfast hard, this recipe is a easy breakfast idea, that you probably have done already in the past, only difference is, this one is a healthy breakfast recipe!

Ingredients:

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oven to 300'F add the sausage and bacon to a cookie pan lined and cook until your liking.

2. Spray a medium skillet over medium heat with cooking spray and crack an egg inside add lid. Season with salt and pepper and let cook 3 minutes until whites are set, then remove lid and continue cooking until it's to your liking.

3. Slice your bread of choice and add a slice of cheddar cheese, layer it with two slices of bacon then add sausage patty and another slice of cheddar cheese. Put it on top of cookie pan and insert in oven for 3 minutes.

4. Remove from oven.

5. Slice avocado onto breakfast sausage and top off with egg and season with salt and pepper.

6. drizzle with your favorite hot sauce and serve.
