If that wasn’t enough, let’s also add some of the industry best whey protein isolate into the mix, this smoothie recipe will be sure to energize and fuel your muscles with all the nutrients they need after an intense workout.

You will need:

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 scoop of Vega Sport Protein Powder

  • 2 organic guavas

  • 5 organic strawberries

  • 1 organic peach

  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
