Fresh Coconut Smoothie Protein Shake Recipe


We all know how beneficial coconut oil is to our bodies, so why not make a nice fresh coconut smoothie out of it? Of course you could just use coconut oil in your smoothie, but, where would the fresh taste be in that case? So we love to use a fresh organic coconut to add to our protein shake. Coconut makes any shake one good smoothie recipe to have on hand.

You will need:

  • 1 scoop Naked Whey Protein

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup fresh coconut chunks

  • 1 Tablespoons unrefined, extra-virgin coconut oil

  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey

  • 6 ice cubes
