We are not talking about your regular “how to make strawberry shake” we spin it up a notch and show you how to make that shake you have been craving without one bit of guilt feeling! Let’s jump right into this recipe for your strawberry cheesecake smoothie protein drink

You will need:

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 scoop of Designer Protein Native Whey

  • 1 cups organic strawberries

  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese

  • 4 Tablespoons raw spun honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 6 cubes of ice
