Not only is this one great banana smoothie recipe, but, also a great protein filled smoothie drink that your muscles will love! Let’s get to it with this awesome banana shake!
You will need:
1 ½ water

1 overripe frozen banana
½ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
4 dates
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon unrefined, extra-virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon chia seeds
