Banana Pudding Smoothie with sprouted cashews Recipe


Whats not to love about a pudding? Why not make banana pudding into a smoothie? Today we are giving the ordinary pudding a twist! Not only is this one great banana smoothie recipe, but, also a great protein filled smoothie drink that your muscles will love! Let’s get to it with this awesome banana shake!

You will need:

  • 1 ½ water

  • 1 scoop of Your favorite Whey Protein, We like to use Designer Protein Native Whey

  • 1 overripe frozen banana

  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight

  • 4 dates

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 Tablespoon unrefined, extra-virgin coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
