Apple Cinnamon High Protein Pancakes do it Yourself "mix"
You have probably seen in store the "Protein Pancake Mix", and yes, we have also gave them a try. But nothing tastes as goos as if you make them yourself. These are the perfect high protein snacks any time during the day. Oh and did we mention they literally take only a couple of minutes to prepare?
These protein pancakes are protein filled because we use a scoop of a high quality whey protein isolate, meaning they are ready to feed your muscles with the protein they need, so without further wasting more time, let's get baking on this food with protein!
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Dry Oats
• 1/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 Egg Whites
Preparation:
• Blend together Designer Whey Grass-Fed Whey Advanced Protein, oats, cinnamon and baking soda.
• Add apple sauce and egg whites, and mix well with whisk.
• Preheat skillet on medium heat.
• Pour batter on skillet and cook four to five minutes.
• Flip pancakes and cook another two to three minutes or until both sides are golden.
• Top with fresh apples.
