  • 1 cup fresh macadamia nut milk

  • 1 Organic Banana

  • 1 Scoop of your favorite Protein

  • 1 cup organic low-fat yogurt

  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1Tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1Tablespoons flax seeds

  • 4 Tablespoons raw honey
